Cara smiled and laughed. "Well thank you anyways. But you know, I think my cousin hates you know." Cara said smiling. "And you can protect me from the big bad Snape as long as you don't lose anymore points for your house. Cause I think that they really will kill you if you do." She said and lightly punched his arm showing that she was playing. "He really is funny, but he blushes a lot." She thought to herself.

He smiled "Why does your cousin hate me? I find her quite....amusing...and thanks I'll be there to defend you with my life"he said acting all serious and making big dramatic poses. He smiled as they entered the Raven claw house area, and went down a hallway, to his room, where he filled the wheelbarrow with books and left the dormitory. "Got a fav place to hang out and read Cara? If not I'll show you mine...."

Cara shook her head no. "No, not really. I read where ever I can. And this is just between you and me, but because you could have hurt Malfoy she like hates you know. She has a really big crush on him. But you can't tell anybody I ever said that or she will hate me forever and then I would have lost the closet person to me." She said making sure nobody was around, she felt weird being somebody school house that she wasn't in.

He nodded "I don't tell secrets....and wow...Malfoy? that prick? uh...sorry..I just think he's got it way to good, he's selfish and spoiled..and an average wizard to boot. he said rolling his eyes at the thought of Malfoy.[/color] He turned down another hallway, and headed for the grounds. "you don't mind a little heat now do you?" he said pointing towards the green houses. "I love reading there because of the smells, the beautiful plants, and I can practice freely on all the dead, wilting or unwanted plants Professor Sprout needs to get rid of.

"Well I guess he is a little bit nicer to her. I don't know she talks a lot. She talks like I do switching subjects a lot. And no I don't mind the heat." She said with a smile but she was thinking why she never thought to read in the green house before. That place always made her happy. "She comes off harsh, to some people if she has a reason to not like them, but she really is nice. But I wouldn't talk bad about her house. It pisses her off." Cara said talking about Mandy again.

He smiled, letting her talk about her best friend "Do you always talk about your friends this much?" he said teasingly with a sly grin. They made their way towards the greenhouses, as he dug into the wheelbarrow and picked up a medium sized book, red with a gold spine, and the words "History Of Hogwarts" imprinted on it, and handed it to Cara.

He frowned"I don't go back to my parents during the breaks...I stay here...usually around Hogsmeade. If I need to go to somewhere, I'll fly to Diagon alley or something, though usually I have some Flue Powder...but whatever....and yeah you'll enjoy it just look at the contents to find where you wanna read first

"You never go home? Ever?" Cara asked and then remembered what he said about his parents. "Oh... never mind. So what do you do here all the time? Don't you get bored?" She asked "What about over Christmas break? Do you go home then?" She asked. Cara knew that if she could she'd live at the school, but she would get home sick and that just wouldn't be good.

"I get gifts from my family sent to a storage place...I get them there..and no..I never go home....ever.." he frowned and glared at the ground. He opened the door to the greenhouse and let Cara in. He pushed the wheelbarrow in, before grabbing a book on dueling and going to page one. The greenhouse was warm, with beautiful plants everywhere.

Cara smiled and looked around. It looked amazing, now she was really kicking herself for not thinking of coming here. She opened the book and started with the first page. "Don't you get lonely?" She asked as she read. "I know I would I hate not being able to talk to anybody, and Selena doesn't talk back, though she does meow sometimes." Cara said talking about her kitten.

He looked up from his book raising his left eyebrow Please, I get about as lonely as I am right now with you:not at all. I enjoy the company of others, but I can live without it. I can go months before truly missing my friends. Thats why breaks are nothing special for me.
