Mandy and Cara were the first in the class. Mandy had went and got Cara early to make sure that she didn't not show up for class. Mandy had on a hoddie that was green and matching sweet pants on. Cara was being Cara and pulled her hood over her hair and crossed her arms and put her head down on the table. "Come on Cara! It was a joke! It was funny. It even made Snape laugh. He never laughs! Well sometimes he does when the house has a meeting but never in front of other kids! Cara come on your being silly!" Mandy said tugging on her cousins arms trying to make her smile. She heard the door open, but they where like ten minutes early so it shouldn't been another student.

Talon walked in, ignoring them. He had changed into a black hoodie, and a pair of black jean pants. The hoodie had the RavenClaw sign on the front and the back. He took a seat in the 2nd row, 2nd seat on the left. he took out his quill and started writing with his left hand, while looking at his right hand for no reason.

Servius finished his breakfast in his chambers and then slowly made his way to class. He wanted to get there before the student's so he could set up for today's lesson. He was surprised to find his classrom door open and when he stepped inside. Srevius paused. Three students were already there. He looked over them quickly and thenmoved to his desk. Placing his notes on the desk. Servius pointed to Cara. "You," He said coldly. "Come with me into the supply room and bring out todays ingredients."

Cara sighed but sat up. She didn't want to be in a fifty foot distance of her potions teacher but Mandy never seemed to fail at making sure she did what was right. She sighed again and got up and followed her teacher to the supply room. "Okay.... What do we need for today?" Cara asked sticking her hand in her hoddie pocket to make sure she had the note that she had written for Talon still there. She sighed and grabbed the other note that was in her pocket and held it out for her teacher. It mainly said that she was sorry and she never should have said what she said but she can't take it back because she already said it. And that she was sorry. She stood there and waited to hear what she needed to help with.

Talon was busy writing something down, or really, drawing something down, a beautiful girl he met in his potions class, who through a series of unfortunate events was now talking to Snape. In big bubble letters, he wrote Cara He didn't pay attention to Snape, rather, he was pretty pissed at him. He was thinking of talking to the head master, but he would probably get scolded for such things he did in class. Although, he did get quite a few remarks in the halls about standing up to Snape, from rude comments, to compliments, to I hate you's, to Thank you's

Mandy sat where she was and watched her cousin get up and follow Snape to the supply room. Mandy felt bad, maybe she should have let her stay in her room. She sighed and looked around and saw the boy that tried to get her out of the whole drink the potion thing. "Hey, It's Talon? Right?" Mandy asked not really smiling but not frowning. She knew Cara had said thanks and now it was her turn to thank him.

He turned to her, pressing his wand to the paper and making the drawing disappear. "yeah, yeah thats it, and who are you? Friends of that girl over there?' he cocked his head tot he side only slightly, as a motion towards Cara. Snape was explaining or listing something to her, but she seemed only slightly preoccupied with something. He looked back at this girl in front of him "sorry for saying this but, are you guys related? I just find it wierd that a Gryfinndor and a Slytherin are friends like that..kinda rare'

"I'm Mandy. Yeah we are related. We are cousins. But pretty much sisters. I just wanted to say thank you for standing up for her yesterday, and not laughing at her. I know I did but we do that all the time, and she wouldn't be quite so mad, if there hadn't been people around." Mandy said with a sigh and leaned back in her seat. "Why is that weird? Our mom's were best friends." She asked tilting her head to the side.

He smiled realizing they were relatives, maybe they were alike. "well, Gryffindor has really been Slytherins only foot left in the doorway for them to achieve total mastery over Hogwarts, every year they almost win with all the house points and stuff, most of which are given to them by Snape..."[/color{he made a motion for Snape and Cara again.

"If your implying that we bribe our house person whatever he is, your wrong. True he does give out points to Malfoy and his friends, but when the rest of us earn points we really have to earn them. But what me and my other friends have come up with is that he only does this to make the rest of us work harder to out shine Malfoy. And he gives them to him, because I think they are related some how. Not sure but I don't know." Mandy said the first part rudely but the rest of it she sounded pleasant and confused.

He smiled for her putting up a decent arguement. "I commend you...nice arguement...I also believe theres some kind of connection for Snapes liking of Malfoy...and for you guys..yes I realize that some of you do work hard for the points and I'm sorry for just saying it like that"

Mandy smiled, "Well thank you. I enjoy to argue. And I think there is, but I'm to scared to ask, and Cara won't because she is still really mad about yesterday. Do you like her? Like as a friend, cause if you are pretending I'll hurt you, well... I'll ask somebody, I'm not all that though. But I'm just warning you now." She said with a smile "Oh and thank you again for not laughing at her, I know it means a lot to her." Mandy said before turning around to start doodling in her notebook.

He frowned and raised his left eyebrow, the eyebrow he only raised when giving a sarcastic response"Don't you think that if I didn't find her...likeable...I would have laughed wouldn't I besides...I didn't laugh mainly because it wasn't funny...it was embarrassing and Snape did not do anything to help besides hand her a damn bucket....that git"

He would where ever they put dead people in the school. Cause I can tell you that he wouldn't have lived through the night. And even though he just gave her a bucket, there wasn't much that he could do anyways. And I never said that, you might not have laughed even if you didn't know her." Mandy said. Mandy shook her head thinking of how much they were over reacting.

" I just don't find that funny...he turned away and went back to drawing something, this time, he was drawing a picture of Hogsmeade. He sat there for a few moments before realizing that Snape and Cara were gone. He turned back to Mandy, and got up. He headed for the door and left.
