So this game is pretty simple and popular on most of the other sites I'm on.
All you have to do is say whether you would Mate(friend), Hate, or Date (or some varation of these) the person above you. Then you give a reason. This is all In Character.
Ex
Person 1: Mate
"Julie is a really nice person, I'm sure we'd get along great."
Person 2: Flirt with/Date
"Come on, have you seen her? She's gorgeous!"
Easy, right? =]
